The hydropower station is designed as a geomembrane face rockfill dam. It uses advanced geomembrane as the main anti-seepage structure of the dam. The technology is very difficult, so the sand and gravel aggregate processing requirements for the project are more stringent. This system mainly produces concrete sand and gravel aggregates, using materials mined from the stockyard as the source of materials. The system production process and all equipment and control systems are designed, manufactured, installed and debugged by our company.
The production line uses some modular steel structure components, which is easy and fast to install, has a short installation period and high efficiency, and saves floor space. The PLC automatic monitoring electronic control system ensures the safe and efficient operation of the production line.
