The customer selected the local common hard rock as the processing material, selected PE jaw crusher and HST single cylinder cone crusher as the main equipment, equipped with feeder and vibrating screen as auxiliary equipmentm and produced 300 tons per hour of 4 finished products below 500mm. Fine aggregate mainly serving local infrastructure construction and construction aggregate materials. The project finally achieved the goal of compact equipment layout, scientific process flow and considerable production capacity.
According to the local hard rock composition characteristics of the customer and the on-site geographical conditions, the main crushing part of the production line is equipped with a frame jaw crusher and a single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The frame design greatly reduces the cost of on-site installation and commissioning, and is more stable and flexible. The entire production line has a compact layout, smooth material handling procee, and a small footprint, achievingthe goals of high efficienct, high output, and low cost, allowing customers to achieve higher output benfits with a smaller investment cost.
