Complete production line process:
1.The material is uniformly fed to the PEW860 jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for primary crushing.
2.The crushed material is sent to two PFW1315Ⅲ impact crushers through the belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
3.The crushed materials are sent to two 5X8522 sand making machines for fine crushing and shaping by the belt conveyor, and the qualified materials are washed by the sand washing machine and then sent to the finished product stockpile by the belt conveyor.
The sand and gravel products produced by this production line are of very high quality and are professionally used as materials for railways and roads
