The raw materials are coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher, and the crushed materials are transported to the medium cone crusher by the belt conveyor. After being crushed, they are transported by the belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening. After screening, the materials larger than 31.5mm enter the fine cone crusher for crushing, the materials less than or equal to 31.5mm enter the sand making machine for shaping. After shaping, it enters the cibrating screen through a belt conveyor for screening processing. The finished products of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm are screened out and transported to the finished product silo by the belt conveyor. The production line runs smoothly, the output far exceeds expectations, and the finished product has good grain shape.
