The project produces 300 tons of stone per hour and consists of three tire-type mobile vehicles, namely: jaw crusher mobile crushing station, impact crusher mobile crushing station and cone crusher mobile crushing station.
The mobile crusher has the characteristics of both fine crushing and shaping. The materials are processed by the European impact crusher to achieve “stone hitting iron”, “iron hitting stone” and “stone hitting stone”. The finely crushed materials are transported to the high-frequency vibrating screen above the impact mobile station through a belt conveyor for screening, and the qualified products required by the user are screened and transported.
This mobile crushing process of Fighter combines the advantages of the production line and has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high output, small footprint, and flexible transfer.
