300-500 t/h pebbles and gravel crushing process
With the continuous development of the construction industry, the demand for sand and gravel is also increasing. Pebble has received a lot of attention as a high-quality building material. But how to achieve high-efficiency, high-yield, high-quality pebble sand production?
The crushing process of the pebble sand production line mainly includes five steps: raw material processing, coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and screening.
1. Raw material processing
The raw materials of pebbles should undergo preliminary treatment to remove soil, impurities, etc., to ensure the quality of subsequent crushing.
2. Coarse crushing
After preliminary treatment, the raw materials enter the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
3. Medium crushing
After being processed by the jaw crusher, the raw material enters the single-cylinder cone crusher for medium crushing.
4. Fine crushing
After being processed by the single-cylinder cone crusher, the raw materials enter the multi-cylinder cone crusher for fine crushing.
After being processed by the multi-cylinder cone crusher, the raw material enters the vibrating screen for screening. The main function of the vibrating screen is to separate the crushed particles according to their size to obtain pebbles and gravels that meet the specifications.
