The entire project is operated by an intelligent control system.
The material enters the KE860-1 coarse crushing mobile station from the loader and is crushed to less than 180mm. The crushed material is conveyed to two 4000×4000 transfer silos by a belt conveyor, and then conveyed to two KH300-2 medium and fine crushing and screening mobile stations by the vibrating feeder and belt conveyor under the silo for secondary crushing to less than 50mm.
The crushed material is sent to the vibrating screen by two belt conveyors for screening, and three types of materials are screened out: 0-5mm, 5-25mm and 25-50mm. The 0-5mm material is sent to the material pile by two belt conveyors, and the 5-25mm material is sent to the KV9532-2 fine crushing and shaping screening mobile station by the belt conveyor for shaping and screening. The 25-50mm material is crushed again by the HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher until it reaches less than 25mm.
