Gypsum enters the rotary kiln for calcination. The calcined material is sent by the elevator to the cooling bin at the front end of the MTW175 european trapezium mill, the cooled matertial is sent to the feed port of the grinding mill through the belt conveyor for grinding. The ground material is sent to the classifier by the airflow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the impeller of the classifier, the material that does not meet the fineness requirement falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the material thay meets the fineness requirement flows through the pipeline along with the airflow. It enters the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and is discharged the discharge device to become the finished powder. After the finished powder is packaged by the packaging equipment, it is sent to the finished product warehouse.
