This project uses two sets of VUS450, which can produce sand and gravel at the same time.
The crushed stone is crushed by VU sand making machine to make the particle size reach the required size. The crushed stone is evenly fed to VU modular screen through the conveying equipment feeder to grade the machine-made sand and finely control the grading of the machine-made sand. The unqualified materials are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing, and the excess stone powder is collected by the dust removal and powder collection system. The machine-made sand with reasonable grading after modular screen enters the particle optimization machine again for optimization. Finally, the machine-made sand with optimized particle shape enters the humidifying mixer and is mixed to produce qualified machine-made sand.
The VU aggregate optimization system production line has a reasonable design, compact structure, and smooth operation, which maximizes production efficiency and minimizes operating costs, effectively reducing production costs.
