Heavy calcium carbonate is ground from natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble, and limestone. Heavy calcium carbonate powder is a commonly used powdery inorganic filler, widely used in rubber, plastics, paint, coatings, papermaking and other industries, with large demand and broad investment prospects.
Heavy calcium carbonate powder processing is divided into general fineness processing (80-400 mesh) and ultra-fine powder processing (425-2500 mesh).
80-400 mesh (200 micron-33 micron) heavy calcium carbonate powder production technology and process:
For heavy calcium carbonate powder processing within this fineness range, we can choose MTW European Trapezium Mill and LM Vertical Mill, etc. The systems are all dry-process production, realizing self-grinding and self-selection, through the frequency concentrator, heavy calcium carbonate powder can be prepared directly without external screening or sorting. Due to the internal circulating air, the heavy calcium carbonate powder that meets the finished product can be quickly blown out, avoiding the phenomenon of over-grinding, and greatly improcing the output and production efficiency; at the same time, the system is equipped with a dust collector, and the system meets the environmental protection requirements.

The processing of heavy calcium carbonate powder within this fineness range can be selected: LUM Series Superfine Vertical Roller Grinding Mill and MW Series Micro Powder Mill, the system is dry production, and self-grinding is realized. Through the frequency concentrator, heavy calcium carbonate powder can be directly prepared without going through external screening or sorting. Equipped with dust collector, the system meets the environmental protection requirements. This machine is mainly used for the grinding and processing of superfine calcium carbonate, and the fineness of the finished product is D97=5-33μm.
Because the fineness of the finished product increases, the capacity of the machine naturally decreases, and the output of different discharge finenesses is also very different. Specifically, we choose the appropriate equipment model according to the actual production needs.
