The project adopts dry sand production technology. The customer has very high requirements for environmental protection, so the project adopts a three-stage crushing + shaping sand making mode. The material is sent to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and the medium and fine crushing stage uses an efficient and energy-saving impact crusher. The crushed material passes through the buffer bin and is shaped by a professional vertical shaft impact sand making machine, and then sent to the screening workshop for screening.
