The raw material of river stone enters the vibrating feeder for pre-screening, then enters the PE600×900 jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and the semi-finished material enters the HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. After screening, four kinds of finished materials such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm are obtained. At present, the quality of the finished product is excellent, and most of them are cubic polygons. Compared with the spring cone crusher, the needle plate shape is greatly reduced.
