The raw materials are stacked in the 10,000-square-meter storage shed in the factory, and are transported into the raw material warehouse by excavators, loaders and other equipment. The vibrating feeder uniformly transports the raw materials to the coarse crushing jaw crusher for coarse crushing; The scrap steel is separated by a belt iron remover, and large pieces of rags, wood and other unbreakable organic debris are manually selected, which can be used as fuel and transported to the garbage power plant to generate electricity. After the coarse crushing, the material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the special sieve for primary impurity and soil removal. The under-screen material of the vibrating screen is soil and weathered soft material (about 15%), which can be used as backfill material for land reclaiming, planting organic vegetables and fruit trees, and it can also be used to produce stabilized soil materials;

The construction waste that has been pre-screened and removed is transported by a belt conveyor to the buffer bin, and then processed by the impact crusher. After being transported by a belt conveyor and a belt separator, the magnetic non-crushable materials such as steel bars and iron wires are removed again. The overscreen material of the front layer is returned to the impact crusher to be crushed to 0-40mm in a closed loop, and the oversize material of the second layer is 10-40 mm. The clean aggregate with high strength enters the high-quality machine-made sand and stone production system for self-grinding and shaping. The third layer of oversieve and undersieve are fine aggregates of 3-10mm and 0-3mm, respectively, which are transported by belt conveyors and separated by wind and light substances into the powder silo. Among them, 0-3 mm fine aggregates are mixed in a wet mixing machine and used as raw materials for building blocks and bricks.
