The ore mineral composition of this project is relatively simple, and the metal minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, pyrite, etc. Non-metallic minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite, etc. The copper grade of the raw ore is 0.80%, and copper is the only valuable element that can be recovered.
Jaw crushers are used for coarse crushing and half-stage crushing, cone crushers are used for fine crushing, and heavy-duty vibrating screens are used for screening operations. The final particle size of the crushed ore product is 12mm. The ball mill is used for grinding, and the vibrating screen is used for pre-grading. The final grinding fineness is 200 mesh, accounting for 68.4%.
