The raw materials entering the factory are stacked in a storage shed of 10,000 square meters, and are directly transported to the belt conveyor under the jaw crusher through the gap between the bars of the vibrating feeder below the raw material bin without passing through the jaw crusher.
Due to its high hardness and strong abrasiveness, the tailings enter the cone crusher for crushing processing. After being transported by the belt conveyor and the belt iron remover to remove steel bars, iron wires and other magnetic non-breakable objects, they enter the secondary inspection screening machine for screening.
Materials larger than 40mm on the front layer screen are returned to the impact crusher for crushing into 0-40mm. The clean aggregate with 10-40 mm above the second layer of screens enters the sand making system for self-grinding and shaping, producing high-quality tailings machine-made sand and gravel;
The materials above and below the third layer of sieves are 3-10mm and 0-3mm fine aggregates respectively, which are transported by belt conveyors respectively. After the light materials are separated by wind force, the finished materials enter the powder silo, which is used as raw material for building blocks and bricks.
