The project is located in Xichang City, Sichuan Province. It is used for the production of concrete sand and gravel aggregates for construction. The system integrates crushing, shaping and sand making into one complete set of solutions. The preliminary program planning, site layout, foundation construction, process design, equipment manufacturing, and system installation of the project were all implemented by our company and successfully commissioned and delivered to the customer for production use.
The main equipment of the system adopts our company’s PE series jaw crusher for primary and secondary crushing operations, and at the same time adopts VSI5X series high-efficiency vertical impact crusher for shaping and sand making of fine aggregates. The system process is simple and smooth , high efficiency, not only can produce high-quality aggregate crushed stone, but also produce high-quality fine sand, and the granular aggregate and sand have good particle shape and reasonable gradation, which can meet the requirements of various grades of commercial concrete.
