This production line mainly produces machine-made sand with a capacity of 100-120T and a capacity of 150T for crushing stone.
After the granite raw materials are crushed by the jaw crusher, they enter the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST100 through the transfer silo. The 10-20mm stones are directly screened out as finished stones, and the 0-10mm and 20-30mm stones enter the secondary silo through the belt conveyor and enter the high-efficiency sand making machine VSI5X9532. The discharged materials are returned to the vibrating screen for screening, and then the finished products are washed in the sand washing machine and transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor.
The production line adopts a single -cylinder hydraulic cone as a secondary crushing, the production efficiency is high, the carrier capacity is strong, the operating cost is low, the control is fully automated, the finished stone grain type is excellent.
