Raw materials (less than 350mm) enter the vibrating feeder, and the grate of the vibrating feeder is set to 100mm. Materials less than 100mm come out of the vibrating feeder and directly enter the cone crusher. Materials larger than 100mm enter the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
The materials coming out of the jaw crusher enter the cone crusher for secondary crushing. An iron remover is added before the cone crusher to remove iron once and remove large iron blocks. After the cone crusher, an iron remover is added to remove fine powder in the steel slag. The materials that have passed the iron remover enter the vibrating screen for screening. Materials larger than 10mm return to the cone crusher to continue the previous process, and materials smaller than 10mm are finished products.
After processing, steel slag can be used as smelting solvent, cement raw material, building aggregate, foundation backfill, railway ballast and road paving, bricks and tiles and other building materials, steel slag fertilizer and soil conditioner, etc. The comprehensive utilization of steel slag can produce huge economic and social benefits.
