The raw materials processed in this project are river pebbles, and the finished product size is required to be below 20mm. In order to meet the specific needs of customers, Fighter Corporation has tailored a set of efficient processing solutions for customers based on a full investigation of site conditions and technical guidance.

The configuration of this integrated mobile station includes a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a belt conveyor, an impact crusher and a vibrating screen. The material is first evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then sent to the impact crusher through a belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen and the finished material of 20mm and below is successfully separated. The material larger than 20mm is returned to the impact crusher through a belt conveyor for re-crushing, ensuring the maximum utilization of resources.
